Taking care of your mental well-being is important for everyone. Whether it is stress or anxiety, sleep problems, depression, or trouble regulating emotions, we all have times when we need support to get our mental health back on track. At Eisner Health, we are here to support you and your family with your behavioral health needs so you can live a better and happier life.

Our Behavioral Health Services Include:​

  • Individual therapy for adults and children, ages 5 and up

  • Parenting program
  • Depression and anxiety during and after pregnancy

  • Stress management
  • Substance use therapy and referrals
  • Specialized practice to treat depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, loss, and PTSD after trauma

We have therapists co-located within our medical departments across our locations, so your clinician can provide a warm handoff. 

Our Behavioral Health Team Utilizes the Following Evidence-Based Practices:

  • Positive Parenting Program (PPP)
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT)
  • Managing and Adaptive Practices (MAP)
  • Interpersonal Therapy (IPT)
  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

If you or someone you know is struggling, please talk to your Eisner Health clinician or care coordinator who will refer you to one of our Behavioral Health team members.

Whether it is an annual checkup, immunizations, a cough that won’t go away, a puzzling health issue, or developmental or mental health concerns, we are your go-to for all your family’s health needs. If you or your family does require specialized care, we can refer and connect you with the appropriate specialist.

24/7 Peace of Mind 

If you are sick, we can give you a same-day or next-day appointment. When our offices are closed, you can call us to reach our on-call provider for help or a virtual visit if recommended.
