What to Expect

  • We offer free or low-cost STI testing. Most insurance plans cover STI tests. If you do not have insurance, we have programs available we can connect you to for access to free or low-cost care.

  • STI testing is quick and easy and usually only requires a urine or blood sample.

  • You will receive results of a rapid HIV test within a few minutes. To schedule your rapid HIV test, click here.

  • For all other STIs, your result will be ready within a few days.

  • If you test positive for an STI:

    • You will receive a phone call from our staff to review your results and discuss next steps.

    • All STIs are treatable, and most can be cured.

    • We will offer treatment for you and your partner(s), provide guidance and support on how to manage a positive result, and educate you on how to avoid a possible infection in the future.
