8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.;

1:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.

Parking Information– Free parking is located behind the clinic in the clinic parking lot. Street parking is also available.

COVID-19 Protocols – Masks are required for anyone with flu-like symptoms (fever or new cough). Eisner Health recommends masks to all staff and patients for protection from illness.
